TENDER DESCRIPTION
Building construction measures of the State Northwest German Forest Research Institute (NW-FVA) Replacement Construction Environmental Laboratory and Repurposing Award of planning services, structural engineering (Part 4, Section 1 HOAI 2021), service phases 1-8 The project is to be implemented using the BIM method. The BIM requirements can be found in the exchange information requirements (AIA) as well as other supplementary annexes. A BIM manager is available for the implementation of the BIM method. Furthermore, the planning is to be aligned with the Guide for Climate Protection and Sustainability in State Construction. For the planning and construction phase of the project, the following timeframe is currently expected: Start of planning: expected January 2027, completion of construction: expected Q4 2032.
