KG 410 - drainage, water and gas systems Installation of approx. 875 m drinking-water pipelines (DN 15-40) with hygienic flushing, flow dividers and safety separation stations. Decentralized domestic hot water generation (E instantaneous water heaters) and centralized (1,000-l storage tank). Discharge of foul water via approx. 475 m soundproofed PP pipes (DN/OD 32-160) including feces-free lifting systems, drains and roof vents. Rainwater underpressure drainage from PE-HD with approx. 130 m pressure pipes and roof outlets. Installation of approx. 36 wash stations, 26 WCs, 8 urinals, 10 showers, 4 slop basins (partly barrier-free). KG 420 - heating supply systems Construction of two air-to-water heat pumps (each 80 kW, R290) in sound-insulated rooftop housings. Heating circuit sizing 45/40 °C with 2,500-l buffer storage tank, 160-kW plate heat exchanger, pressure maintenance, vacuum degassing and high-efficiency pumps. Heat distribution network consisting of approx. 4,300 m stainless-steel and steel pipework (DN 15-65), including central heating circuit distributors and control fittings.
