KG 410 - Drainage, water and gas systems Installation of approx. 875 m drinking water pipework (DN 15-40) with hygienic flushing, flow dividers and safety separation stations. Domestic hot water generation decentralized (E instantaneous water heaters) and centralized (1,000 l storage tank). Disposal of waste water via approx. 475 m sound-insulated PP pipes (DN/OD 32-160) including feces-free lifting systems, drains and roof vent pipes. Rainwater underpressure drainage using PE-HD with approx. 130 m pressure pipelines and roof drains. Installation of approx. 36 wash basins, 26 WCs, 8 urinals, 10 showers, 4 ejection basins (partly barrier-free). KG 420 - Heating supply systems Construction of two air-to-water heat pumps (each 80 kW, R290) in sound-insulated roof housing. Heating circuit design 45/40 °C with 2,500 l buffer storage, 160 kW plate heat exchangers, pressure maintenance, vacuum gas venting and high-efficiency pumps. Heat distribution network consisting of approx. 4,300 m stainless steel and steel pipework (DN 15-65) together with central heating circuit distributors and control valves.
