TENDER DESCRIPTION

Central supply and exhaust air system for rooftop installation with an air handling capacity of approx. 16,900 m³/h, equipped with heat recovery, air filtration, heating coils and supply and exhaust air fans. The system supplies offices as well as enclosed areas used for accommodation, meetings, technical rooms, storage and sanitary areas. Air distribution network consisting of approx. 2,400 m² of rectangular and round air ducts as well as several hundred metres of spiral-seam ducting (lock-seam duct) for supply air, exhaust air, outdoor air and exhaust air to the outside. Including the delivery and installation of sound attenuators, volume flow controllers, fire protection fire dampers, weather protection louvres, inspection and maintenance openings as well as ceiling air outlets, air valves and special air outlets. Central chilled-water plant for cooling ELT/AV rooms, server and functional rooms with an air-to-water chiller unit located on the roof (cooling capacity approx. 38 kW).
