TENDER DESCRIPTION

- Manufacture of 4 new service shafts from the UG to the 4th floor (4. OG), including foundation work (open/close ground slab) within the building. 530 sq m of shaft area. - Break up/loosen, store and dispose of excavated material within the building of approx. 100 m³. - Embed reinforcement connections using various diameters, approx. 1,600 pcs. - Including cutting work and demolition of lightweight cassette ceilings in the shaft area, area 200 sq m. - Ground pipework in the UG, open ground slab including excavation 120 sq m. - Structural shell work across all storeys to create openings for penetrations and core drilling of varying size, total of approx. 150 pieces. - Brick up rooflights and door openings, approx. 300 sq m. - Seal penetrations in walls and ceilings, 300 pcs. - Concreting individual cassettes in the lightweight cassette ceilings, 65 pcs. - Demolition or construction of openings in existing reinforced concrete internal walls, 50 sq m. - Install profile steel and reinforcement steel, approx. 20 t. - Reinforced concrete and masonry work on the 5th floor (5.
