TENDER DESCRIPTION

- Manufacture of 4 new service chutes from the UG to the 4th floor level (4. OG), including foundation works (open/close strip foundations/sohlplatte) within the building. 530 sqm chute surface area. - Remove excavated soil within the building, store it, and dispose of it, approx. 100 m³. - Embed reinforcement connections using adhesives, various diameters, approx. 1,600 pcs. - Including cutting works and demolition of lightweight cassette ceilings in the chute area, area 200 sqm. - Substructure drainage works in the UG, open the strip foundation/sohlplatte including excavation 120 sqm. - Structural masonry/concrete works across all floors: make openings and core drilling of various sizes, total approx. 150 pieces. - Close up skylights and door openings with masonry, approx. 300 sqm. - Close openings in walls and ceilings, 300 pcs. - Cast concrete of individual cassettes in lightweight cassette ceilings, 65 pcs. - Demolition or creation of openings in existing reinforced concrete internal walls, 50 sqm. - Installation of structural steel sections and reinforcing steel, approx. 20 t. - Reinforced concrete and masonry works on the 5th floor, approx. 150 sqm. - Plastering works…
