TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes optional phases defined in the specifications. The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are included in the specifications. The services are settled by lump sum and unit prices. The present contract concerns a complete Project Management mission for the demolition works of the slab of the M14 bridge which allows crossing the Hers-mort between Saint Alban and Castelginest, as well as accompanying works for hydromorphological restoration of the Hers-mort in the influence zone of this slab. Studies carried out as part of the intention PAPI have highlighted an insufficient hydraulic section given the flow rates passing through the watercourse, thus worsening the flood risk of this sector: 120 built stakes are exposed for a 30-year flood, including several establishments receiving large or sensitive audiences (school, gymnasium, swimming pool, supermarket...), and up to 380 for the 100-year flood. At the bridge, the slab must be removed over a minimum width of 13m and a height of 1m.
