TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes optional lots defined in the terms of reference. The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the terms of reference. The services are paid by lump-sum and unit prices. The purpose of this contract is a complete project management mission for the demolition works of the bed plate of the M14 bridge which allows crossing of the Hers Mort between Saint Alban and Castelginest, as well as accompanying works for the hydromorphological restoration of the Hers Mort over the influence area of this bed plate. The studies carried out as part of the intention PAPI revealed an insufficient hydraulic section given the flow rates passing through the watercourse, thereby worsening the flood risk in this sector: 120 built stakes are exposed for a 30-year flood, including several establishments receiving large or sensitive publics (school, gymnasium, swimming pool, supermarket...) and up to 380 for the 100-year flood. At the bridge site, the bed plate must be removed over a minimum width of 13m and a height of 1m.
