TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Metropolitan Council approved an Intercommunal Local Urbanism and Housing Plan (PLUi-H) by resolution dated 18 December 2025. This procedure allowed the construction of an urban project for the Métropole, by developing a single document for the 37 member municipalities. This strategic and regulatory planning exercise at the Métropole scale established common development principles, structuring for the long term. Like any urban planning document, the PLUi-H is intended to evolve regularly in the context of a highly attractive Métropole, and the local authority wishes to initiate the 1st amendment of this document. Toulouse Métropole wishes to engage a multidisciplinary team experienced in environmental assessments of urban planning documents and impact studies on Natura 2000 sites to update the environmental assessment of the PLUi-H within the framework of this 1st amendment.
