TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Metropolitan Council approved an Intermunicipal Local Urbanism and Housing Plan (PLUi-H) by deliberation on December 18, 2025. This procedure allowed the construction of an urban project for the Metropolis, by developing a single document for the 37 member municipalities. This strategic and regulatory planning exercise at the scale of the Metropolis established common development principles, structuring for the long term. Like any urban planning document, the PLUi-H is intended to evolve regularly in the context of a highly attractive Metropolis, and the community wishes to launch the 1st amendment of this document. Toulouse Metropole wishes to call on a multidisciplinary team experienced in environmental assessments of urban planning documents and impact studies on Natura 2000 sites to update the environmental assessment of the PLUi-H as part of this 1st amendment.
