TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid for by unit prices. This consultation concerns the subscription of insurance contracts for the construction operations on the Atlanta site. Two operations are concerned, each subject to two building permits: - the TECHNOCENTER (dedicated to technical services); - and the TERTIARY part (offices). The legal and technical characteristics of the services to be performed are defined in the Special Administrative Clauses (C.C.A.P.) and in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.) of the contract. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. It is an ordinary contract. In accordance with article L. 2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is not divided into lots. The services are paid for by unit prices.
