TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation relates to: PREVENTIVE, CORRECTIVE AND EVOLUTIVE MAINTENANCE OF MUSEOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND SYSTEMS The contract covers maintenance operations and assistance with the operation of museography equipment at the sites of the Muséum and the Quai des Savoirs, and mainly, in the exhibition areas of the Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle de Toulouse (35 allées Jules Guesde, 31000 TOULOUSE), the Quai des savoirs as well as in the Quai des petits to the Quai des savoirs (39 allées Jules Guesde, 31000 TOULOUSE). The procurement procedure used is: open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum amount (see Article 4 of the act of commitment) is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders (bonds de commande). The maximum amount of the services for the initial period (1 year) of the framework agreement is 60 000,00 euros (excl. VAT).
