TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is project management assistance in order to implement the continuation and completion of the animation monitoring system for the “Les BOSQUETS” condominium, namely the animation monitoring of a Degraded Condominium Housing Improvement Operation (OPAH CD). The remaining tasks include: - continuing the social support of owners in difficulty, by mobilising all the necessary resources to enable them to meet their remaining out-of-pocket costs under the works programme; - supporting the property manager (syndic) in implementing and monitoring the procedures for recovery of unpaid current charges and/or charges related to the works programme; - continuing the close monitoring of the progress of the works and management of cash flow, in order to align as precisely as possible the release of the various identified resources in terms of prefinancing, so as to minimise the cost of bank interest as much as possible; - administrative and financial assistance to the property manager (syndic) for the proper execution of the funding plan, up to the payment of the remaining balance of the subsidies; - informing condominium owners and residents throughout the…
