TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is project management assistance in order to carry out the continuation and completion of the animation monitoring scheme for the Les BOSQUETS condominium, namely the animation monitoring of a Degraded Condominium Housing Improvement Operation (OPAH CD). The remaining assignments concern: - the continuation of social support for owners experiencing difficulties, by mobilising all necessary resources to enable them to deal with their remaining out-of-pocket expenses under the works programme; - support to the property manager (syndic) for the implementation and monitoring of procedures for recovery of outstanding payments of current charges and/or charges linked to the works programme; - the continuation of close monitoring of the progress of the works and cash management, so as to coordinate as precisely as possible the release of the various resources identified in terms of pre-financing, in order to limit as much as possible the cost of bank interest; - administrative and financial assistance to the property manager (syndic) for proper execution of the financing plan, up to payment of the remaining balance of the subsidies; - informing condominium…
