Consultation launched by a group of contracting authorities. The framework agreement will be performed by issuing purchase orders. The services are settled at unit prices. Estimated amounts are indicative and include the full number of renewal periods. Estimated amounts are indicative and include the options (similar services and renewals). The consultation concerns: THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT, SORTING, RECOVERY or DISPOSAL OF TOXIC AND HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATED BY THE SERVICES OF TOULOUSE MÉTROPOLE AND THE CITY OF TOULOUSE. This waste comes from the different services and departments of Toulouse Métropole and the City of Toulouse. The list of sites concerned for each contracting authority is provided in the consultation file. The service includes: - Making available specific containers suitable for the waste to be collected, - Collecting full containers and transporting them to the appropriate treatment sites, - Replacing full containers with empty containers during collection operations, - Management by a chemist in the event of hazardous products, - Treatment of the waste in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of collection, - Provision of hazardous waste…
