TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall carry out all studies necessary for the production and justification of the local map of exposure to coastline retreat (CLERTC) for the entire coastline of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis, in accordance with the requirements of the Climat et Résilience Law of 22 August 2021 and the national recommendations (BRGM-CEREMA, 2022), by delineating the areas exposed across two time horizons: - 0 to 30 years - 30 to 100 years. These studies shall provide the TPM Metropolis with a justified, reproducible and legally robust mapping, taking into account regulatory requirements in order to enable integration into planning documents, in accordance with the provisions of the French Urban Planning Code.
