TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement with purchase orders is intended to define the structures and technical specifications for renovation, improvement, or extension work on Public Lighting installations, outdoor sports facilities, covered car parks and port areas in the Eastern territory of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis (La Valette du Var, La Crau, La Garde, Carqueiranne, Hyères and Le Pradet). The work concerns the renovation, improvement, and extension of the public lighting, sports, and port networks and of covered car parks, the possible modernisation of older, dilapidated and obsolete installations, the low-voltage power supply networks, and possibly the illumination of monuments or sites. The work includes civil engineering interventions inherent to the specific nature of lighting operations, namely: trenches for laying conduits, construction of inspection chambers and concrete bases/massifs, resurfacing of the ground, etc. This work may be carried out in public space (roads, squares, car parks, parks and gardens, etc.) or on outdoor sports facilities (stadiums, sports grounds, etc.).
