TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to increase the capacity of the facility to meet demographic needs in the school catchment area, to bring the buildings into compliance with the new schools framework and to improve the overall energy performance of the site, the City of Toulouse plans the following works for the Rangueil school group: - Complete refurbishment of the primary school, a building in R+2 over a crawl space, in which only the post-and-beam structure from the 1960s will be retained (work under the firm phase, currently underway since March 2025 and due to be completed in December 2026) - Asbestos removal and demolition of the nursery school on the ground floor, followed by the construction of a school building in R+1 (work under the Optional phase, with commissioning scheduled for 22/02/2027) The works covered by this consultation relate solely to the following Lot 02B, re-tendered following a significant modification to the scope of the services to be performed, which led to the termination of the contract awarded as part of consultation 24V0192AOO In order to increase the capacity of the facility to meet demographic needs in the school catchment area, to bring the buildings into compliance…
