TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object of the contract is the provision of administration and management services of the common areas of the Mercat de la Creu Alta building, in accordance with the conditions indicated in the technical specifications, which include the following services: - Administration and management of water, electricity, telephone, and internet connection consumption services - Maintenance service for devices and installations located in the Mercat de la Creu Alta building, as well as conservation of municipal equipment and repairs of works arising from ordinary use - Cleaning service - Auxiliary staff service - General administration service - Commercial promotion service of the market - Preparation and implementation of the self-protection plan
