TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract must be factory-new, ready for use without any additional purchases and investments, delivered at the Contractor’s expense, risk and transportation, together with documentation in the Polish language. The production year of the subject of the contract must match the delivery year. Warranty and liability for defects (warranty period) granted by the Contractor: 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without remarks. The subject of the contract also includes training of the Ordering Party’s personnel in the scope of ongoing operation, maintenance and use of the offered equipment. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the Contractor’s expense, risk and transportation. The Contracting Authority requires delivery, as part of the contract, of factory-new devices used in a medical environment. The offering of used, refurbished and demonstration devices is not permitted. The devices must be free from any physical (structural) and legal defects.
