Part 1: 120,000 blood samples for determining the AB0 blood group, required “bedside” cards. If documentation retention for the purpose of keeping records (test archiving) requires protective foil (overlay film), then it must also be offered in an appropriate quantity and delivered together with the cards by the delivery deadline. The tender price must also include the cost of the protective foil! For each part, the entire quantity must be offered from one product—i.e., from identical products, meaning the same legal manufacturer, the same brand/model, the same product family, and except for the packaging (unit packaging and/or outer/collective packaging), parameters that are identical for every other product characteristic. If, for each part, more than one product, i.e., products of different types, are offered, the tender shall be deemed invalid.
