TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance cleaning includes in particular terminals, waiting areas, corridors, offices, sanitary facilities, kitchenettes as well as hygienic requirements. The services are to be provided both in the public and non-public areas of Bremen Airport. The services are to be provided during ongoing flight operations, under public influence, and occasionally during night hours. Exact details, requirements, cleaning intervals, quality standards, and special features are to be found in the tender documents. Floor area to be cleaned (floor area = base area of the object over all floors in sqm without walls/facades): approx. 35,000 m². The public contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract based on the original bids.
