TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maintenance cleaning includes in particular the terminals, waiting areas, corridors, offices, sanitary facilities, tea kitchens as well as hygienic requirements. The services are to be provided both in the public and non-public areas of Bremen Airport. The services are to be carried out during ongoing flight operations, under public influence and occasionally during night hours. The exact details, requirements, cleaning intervals, quality standards and special features can be found in the tender documents. Area to be cleaned (floor area = floor space of the object over all floors in sqm excluding walls/facades): approx. 35,000 m2. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the original bids.
