TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the construction of Phase 1 in accordance with the reference plan for a senior centre in Lassila, Helsinki, as a fixed-price SR contract, including, in addition to construction engineering works, all LVISA works and all necessary design. The site to be built is located in the Haaga district in Lassila, to the east of the Kehärata railway line. The project involves demolition-based new construction. From the current block 29176, 3 residential buildings completed in 1978 by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) and their yards are demolished. As an option, from block 29175, 1 residential building completed in 1978 by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) and its yard are demolished. The project includes planning a long-term 24/7 senior centre for the City of Helsinki’s Social Services and Health Care sector (Sotepe).
