TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the construction of Phase 1 of the senior care centre in accordance with the reference design, as a fixed-price SR contract in Helsinki’s Lassila, including, in addition to construction engineering works, all LVISA works and all necessary design. The site to be built is located in the Haaga district in Lassila, to the east of the ring rail line. The project involves demolition and new construction. From the current block 29176, 3 residential buildings completed in 1978 by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) and their yards are demolished. As an option, from block 29175, 1 residential building completed in 1978 by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) and its yard are demolished. The project includes planning a senior care centre providing long-term 24/7 care for elderly persons for the City of Helsinki’s social and healthcare sector (Sotepe).
