TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is the construction of Stage 1, in accordance with the reference design for a senior centre, in Helsinki’s Lassila as a fixed-price SR contract, including, in addition to construction engineering works, all LVISA works and all necessary design. The site to be built is located in the Haaga district in Lassila, to the east of the Kehärata railway line. The project involves demolition and new construction. From the current plot area 29176, 3 residential buildings completed in 1978 by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka), together with their yards, will be demolished. As an option, from plot area 29175, 1 residential building completed in 1978 by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) and its yard will be demolished.
