TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this procedure is to contract the maintenance and support service for the Dalet system ecosystem of the XAL for a period of 3 years. The contract includes the transition to the subscription model laid down by the manufacturer, which aligns with Dalet's SaaS operating model. The programming content for radio broadcast generated by XAL is currently handled using the Dalet Galaxy platform. As this is a critical software asset for our broadcast and daily workflow, it is necessary to contract the renewal of the support, update and maintenance service for the Dalet platform.
