Type of procedure The tender will be conducted through the open procedure of article 27 of Law 4412/16. Funding of the contract The funding entity of this contract is the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs & Sports. The expenditure for this contract shall burden the budget of the project entitled "Education Centers for the Environment and Sustainability (K.E.PE.A.)", of the Program "Human Resources and Social Cohesion 2021-2027" with (SAE6457 and project registration number 2024SE64570037) and MIS code 6004470. For the present procedure, commitment decisions have been issued with protocol numbers 136/622/26-02-2026 (ADAM: 26REQ019134582, ADA: ΨΛΣΞ46ΨΖΣΠ-0ΓΜ) for the fiscal year 2026, also decision number 137/30/23-07-2026 (ADA: ΨΖΜΚ46ΨΖΣΠ-2ΞΒ) revoking the commitment for the fiscal year 2026, and decision 138/75/23-07-2026 (ADAM: 26REQ019504947, ADA: 63ΒΣ46ΨΖΣΠ-89Υ) for a multi-year commitment for the fiscal year 2027.
