TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the work includes, in particular, earthworks, special deep foundation work, concrete work, steel construction, timber construction, roofing, façade work, finishing works, building services engineering (TGA), electrical work, lift installation and external works. The foundation in the area of the stairwell is carried out as shallow foundations following prior replacement of the subsoil and further measures such as deep foundation work, construction of the excavation pit with shotcrete securing. Securing the existing higher-level adjacent building is carried out by low-pressure injection. Further shallow foundations at the track supports. The start building consists of a stairwell with a floor area of approx. 6.15 m x 9.20 m and a height of approx. 19.15 m. From the stairwell to the opposite wall panel, a 50 cm-thick, 9 m-long and approx. 15.60 m-high structure spans the actual start building with intermediate and skeleton start levels over the existing building for a length of approx. 13.50 m.
