TENDER DESCRIPTION
Carpentry and timber construction works for the new construction and conversion of the Fachoberschule (technical secondary school) on the premises of the school site of the Roman Catholic Archbishop’s Vinzenz von Paul in Markt Indersdorf. New construction as an extension to existing buildings as a timber construction with timber frame walls (approx. 670 m2), columns and beams and roof truss (approx. 150 m3, C24 and GL) and HBV and timber beam ceilings with concrete splays (approx. 660 m2), new construction of roof trusses, approx. 720 m2, insulated, and 27 units of DFF; measures on the existing structure including replacement of roof dormers (3 units) and conversion measures at the eaves; escape staircase made of steel in the outdoor area with GiRo surfacing and handrails
