TENDER DESCRIPTION

Test kits and related accessories suitable for high-resolution HLA typing within the Next Generation Sequencing (ONT-NGS) method operated with Oxford Nanopore Technology for HLA loci (HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DRB5, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DPB1, HLA-DPA1), as well as the purchase of analysers, software and hardware validated for the tests. (A PCR instrument and a fluorimeter do not need to be offered; they are available in the OVSz laboratory.) Quantity of test kits to be procured for the entire contract duration (24 months): a.) Test kits: Test kits for the simultaneous high-resolution determination of 11 different HLA loci (HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DRB5, HLA-DQB1 HLA-DQA1 and HLA-DPB1, HLA-DPA1) by the high-resolution ONT-NGS method, for 2,500 samples. “Test kit” as referred to by the contracting authority means the test necessary for analyzing a blood sample, other reagents and the required ancillary auxiliary materials.
