TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is to organise and carry out route and travel information services in order to inform road users about disruptions during the works on the North Tunnel (NOT) and to inform them about alternative travel options. This involves specifically reaching certain road-user target groups with a message “tailored” through various digital channels and in different time periods. With travel and route information, in addition to the predictable road users, the less predictable and more difficult-to-reach target groups from outside the region receive specific information for the target group concerned.
