TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to organise and carry out travel and route information services in order to inform road users about disruption during the works on the North Tunnel (NOT) and to inform them about alternative travel options. This involves specifically reaching certain target groups of road users with a “tailor-made” message through various digital channels and during different time periods. With travel and route information, in addition to the predictable road users, the less predictable and harder-to-reach target groups from outside the region—i.e. the intended target group—receive specific information.
