TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building includes a central operating centre with twelve operating theatres, including capacities for outpatient procedures. In addition, the Radiology department, the Institute of Pathology and practice rooms are accommodated in the new building. Inpatient care units for cardiology, gastroenterology, accident surgery, geriatric traumatology as well as a palliative care unit are also planned, as is an oncology outpatient clinic. The space offering is complemented by a midwifery practice with rooms for the midwives’ consultation hours and a group room of approximately 66 m² for therapy offerings. The project is planned by the general planner Planungsring Mumm, which, in addition to the planning services, also takes over site supervision of the project. The construction services are awarded by means of individual awards. The shell of the building has been completed and the building envelope has been closed. Currently, the rough installation work for the technical building services (TGA) as well as the partitioning works are being prepared for execution.
