The contract timeline consists of an overarching framework agreement and specific timelines for individual work packages.

For the framework agreement (accord-cadre):

• Contract start date: The date of contract notification.
• Provisional start date for services: November 2026.
• Initial duration: 2 years.
• Renewal: The agreement can be tacitly renewed for 2 additional periods of 1 year each.
• Total duration: The maximum duration of the contract, including all renewal periods, is 4 years.

For specific work packages (travaux):

• Work duration:
• For some sites (e.g., Site de compensation 4, 5, 6), the works are planned for a maximum of 6 months, including the preparation period.
• For other sites (e.g., Site de compensation 10, 11), the works are planned for a maximum of 1 month, including the preparation period.
• Preparation period: A two-week preparation period is foreseen, which can be reduced to one week upon the company's request at the time of contract notification.
• Key milestones/phases: Following the main work, there are "constats de reprise des végétaux" (vegetation recovery assessments) scheduled at N+1 and N+2 years (two visits per year), as indicated in timelines extending from 2026 to 2028.

The core scope of work for this tender involves several distinct missions and associated deliverables.

Mission 1: Aménagement des espaces publics viaires (Development of public road spaces). This mission encompasses various stages: AVP (preliminary design), estimation of global work cost (AVP stage), PRO (project design), estimation of global work cost (PRO stage), DCE (tender documents), ACT (assistance for contract award), VISA (validation of execution studies), DET (supervision of work execution), OPC (scheduling, piloting, and coordination), and AOR (assistance for reception operations).

Mission 2: Réalisation des travaux de création et/ou adaptation des ouvrages publics hydrauliques (Execution of works for the creation and/or adaptation of public hydraulic structures). This mission follows the same sequence of stages as Mission 1: AVP, estimation of global work cost (AVP stage), PRO, estimation of global work cost (PRO stage), DCE, ACT, VISA, DET, OPC, and AOR.

Mission 3: Mission de synthèse (Synthesis mission). A specific deliverable for this mission is the Actualisation du plan masse (Updating of the master plan).

In addition to these missions, the tender includes a detailed étude de projet (project study) which aims to define the composition of works, plans, and forms from the dimensioning phase. This study dossier includes a descriptive notice detailing the project, conditions, and rules for implementation (e.g., framing, access, execution modalities, seasonal calendars, environmental prescriptions). It also comprises a technical dossier with an initial state, technical principles, and details of structures (nature, volume, dimensions). The project studies also involve situation plans, a provisional schedule for works and developments, and a detailed financial project with cost estimates.

Specific interventions and deliverables include:

• Préparation de chantier (Site preparation).
• Traitement des Espèces Exotiques Envahissantes (Treatment of invasive alien species), which specifically covers:
• Gestion de la Renouée du Japon (Japanese Knotweed management): involving mowing of aerial parts, incineration or industrial composting, and excavation/in-situ burial of contaminated soil.
• Gestion du Buddléia de David (Butterfly Bush management): including manual uprooting of young plants and mechanical uprooting of older subjects with grubbing.
• Gestion du Robinier faux acacia (Black Locust management): involving manual uprooting of shoots.
• Plantations: This includes soil preparation, supply and planting of hedgerow shrub species, and installation of individual protections and biodegradable mulch.
• Aménagements pour la faune (Wildlife developments): Such as creating rock piles or hibernacula for reptiles and supplying and installing nest boxes for passerine birds.
• Réception/plans de récolement (Reception/as-built drawings): This involves a reception meeting and the provision of as-built drawings.

The contractor is also required to provide several documents, including a project for site installation and circulation plan, a quality and environmental assurance plan (SOSED), DICT (Declaration of Intent to Commence Work) and concessionaire responses, execution procedures, and any necessary site inspection reports for roads before work commences.
