TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract includes the organisation, the event design services, production, provision of materials, human resources, coordination of the event and the support to the organisation necessary for the execution of the Festa de l'Esport de Sabadell, as well as all actions deriving from it. The event must have as its guiding theme a theme related to the world of sport and its values, linked to the city’s sporting reality, and must be adapted to the criteria established by the Sports Service in this document. The contracted services include the overall management of the programme addressed to the public that will attend the awards-giving event of the Festa de l'Esport de Sabadell for the year 2027 edition. The programme is included, in accordance with the criteria set by the Sports Service, which will also include those of the collaborating sports entities and the specific circumstances and conditions of each space, the organisation, production and delivery of the activities and shows in the programme of this event.
