TENDER DESCRIPTION

The requirements for performance are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY – Appendix No 1. *** Implementation period: - Period for providing the license for the virtual telephone exchange – up to 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of a notification for secured funding sent by the Contracting Authority. - Period for technical support of the provided license for the virtual telephone exchange - 36 (thirty-six) months, counted from the date on which the license is provided. *** The Participant must be duly authorised by the manufacturer or its official representative for the right to distribute/deliver and to provide support for the offered products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. *** The stated requirement for authorisation at the stage of submission of tenders is justified by the subject matter of the public procurement and represents a guarantee for its timely and proper performance.
