TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of medicinal products for the needs of “MBAL – Blagoevgrad” JSC, for a period of 36 months. DPS - Delivery of medicinal products in accordance with the initially planned scope /part of the participation documentation/ with specified nature of the products, estimated value, as well as specified estimated quantity. The initially planned scope may be partially amended, and new products may be added during the course of the dynamic system. Quantities are indicative. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase the quantities specified in the scope. Approved candidates may submit an offer for one or more units, and may also decide not to submit an offer. The DPS operates in two stages: First stage - collection of applications for participation and Second stage - collection of offers under specific invitations. The review of the initial applications for participation will be carried out within a period of up to 15 working days from the deadline for submission of applications.
