TENDER DESCRIPTION

The DPB (dynamic purchasing system) is established for the delivery of different types of medical devices and consumables for the needs of “MBAL - Blagoevgrad” AD. The initially planned “Technical specification” may be partially amended during the conduct of the dynamic purchasing system by adding new medical devices and/or consumables and/or changing their quantities. The quantities indicated in the “Technical specification” attached to the documentation are indicative and do not create an obligation for the Contracting Authority to award them within the indicative volume. The actual performance of the public procurement will be determined on the basis of the medical devices and consumables actually delivered, within the scope of the available financial resource. The exchange of documents and communications between Contracting Authorities, candidates, participants and contractors of public procurements is carried out through the Centralized electronic platform. The term of the DPB is 36 months. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its term of operation for each candidate who meets the selection criteria.
