TENDER DESCRIPTION

The DPS is established for the delivery of various types of medical devices and consumables for the needs of "MBAL - Blagoevgrad" AD. The initially planned "Technical specification" may be partially changed during the conduct of the dynamic purchasing system by adding new medical devices and/or consumables and/or by changing their quantities. The quantities stated in the attached to the documentation "Technical specification" are estimated and do not create an obligation for the Contracting Authority to assign them within the estimated volume. The actual performance of the public procurement will be determined on the basis of the medical devices and consumables actually delivered, within the available financial resource. The exchange of documents and messages between Contracting Authorities, candidates, participants and contractors of public procurements is carried out through the Centralised electronic platform. The term of the DPS is 36 months. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its term of operation for each candidate that meets the selection criteria.
