TENDER DESCRIPTION
Pursuant to Section 125(3) of the Radiation Protection Ordinance (Strahlenschutzverordnung, StrlSchV), the Federal Office for Radiation Protection determines at least every two years the medical radiation exposure of the population and selected population groups. Until now, the focus of these regular surveys has been on diagnostic radiation applications. Detailed information on the frequency and implementation of radiotherapy was collected for the first time as part of a departmental research project (FKZ 3618S42434, http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:0221-2021010424620). Based on these results, the data are to be updated and - in selected areas - analysed in greater depth.
