Data updates and initial surveys for buildings: For the management of these properties, building and outdoor area surveys were carried out in large batches on the basis of specifications, and subsequently, as required, were created on the basis of outdoor facility data winter service plans. During the period of management, additional properties will be taken over into various portfolios, for which the outdoor area surveys will be required in accordance with the specifications of BIM GmbH and, if necessary, the preparation of winter service plans (new survey of outdoor areas and creation of CAD plans; preparation of winter service plans, if required). For further properties, it will be necessary to revise the existing data due to construction work, area removals or reallocations (maintenance of the existing CAD and alphanumeric data). For this purpose, surveys of the relevant sub-areas on site will be required in part.
