Data updates and first surveys for buildings: For the management of these properties, building and external facilities surveys were carried out in large batches on the basis of specifications. These were then, as required, prepared on the basis of the external facilities data for winter service schedules. During the course of management, additional properties will be taken over into various portfolios; for these, the external facilities surveys will be required in accordance with the specifications of BIM GmbH and, if necessary, the preparation of winter service schedules (new surveying of external facilities and preparation of CAD plans; preparation of winter service schedules if required). For further properties, it will be necessary to review the existing data due to construction measures, removal of areas or allocation of areas (updating/maintenance of existing CAD and alphanumeric data). For this purpose, on-site surveys of the relevant partial areas will sometimes be necessary.
