TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a Contractor holding professional qualification and practical experience in providing consulting services within the meaning of Article 166(1), item 1 of the Spatial Development Act (ZУТ), namely: preparation of an assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the basic requirements for constructions and exercising construction supervision for the site: „Reconstruction of a pressure water main from Pumping Station „Eastern Zone“ to Pumping Station 4 000 m³ in the town of Haskovo“, in order to ensure the lawful execution of the construction works, including exercising the investor’s control during the performance of the construction works (СМР), performing the functions of a safety and health coordinator, preparation of the final report, technical passport, survey (geodetic) as-built documentation to ensure a Certificate from AGKKC under Article 54a of the Cadastre and Property Register Act (ЗКИР), as well as all necessary documents for issuing a Permit for Use.
