TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the provision of services of an architect/consultant for the building renovation of four (4) Technical Schools. Within the framework of the contract, a comprehensive proposal for the building renovation will be prepared, based on the needs of each Technical School, and this proposal will be accompanied by the necessary, complete studies. In addition, the/each architect/consultant will prepare the final tender documents, as well as the terms of the construction contract. After completion of the study and delivery of the relevant deliverables — which include drawings, technical specifications of materials and methods of application, measurements (quantities) and work cost estimates (budgets), as well as a health and safety plan — a separate tender will be announced in order to implement the building renovation works of the Technical Schools. The/each architect/consultant will provide continuous technical support and supervision during the project implementation phase, until its full completion.
