TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of the Duplicator (ducker) “Zvezda”, “Irrigation Systems” EAD - branch “Lower Danube” - at the specified site, repair and recovery works (RRW) are to be carried out to improve the hydraulic conductivity of existing hydro-agricultural irrigation facilities, in connection with the acceptance of applications for support for “Irrigation Systems” EAD under intervention “II.G.5 - investments in irrigation infrastructure” of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027. Pursuant to Article 32(1) of the PPA (ZOP), contracting authorities shall provide unlimited, full, free and direct access via the platform under Article 39a(1) of the PPA (ZOP) to the public procurement documentation, including the technical specification.
