TENDER DESCRIPTION

The study – construction of the project «CONSTRUCTION OF THE 4TH ALL-DAY PRIMARY SCHOOL OF MARKOPOULO, MESOGEIA» will be carried out on a plot of land with an area of 3,801.71 sq.m., owned by the Municipality of Markopoulo. The building will be two-storey, with a roofed area of approximately 1,595.48 sq.m. and a built area of 2,078.12 sq.m. (ground floor and A floor) with a mezzanine of 84.88 sq.m., semi-outdoor spaces on the ground floor and A floor with a total area of 773.41 sq.m., balconies with an area of 281.56 sq.m., and a basement of 946.42 sq.m. (auxiliary spaces, vehicle parking spaces). 12 teaching classrooms will be constructed with boys’ and girls’ toilets, both on the ground floor and on the A floor, while the laboratory rooms and the inclusion room are placed on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the administration areas and the multipurpose room are laid out.
