TENDER DESCRIPTION

The study – construction of the project «CONSTRUCTION OF THE 4TH ALL-DAY PRIMARY SCHOOL BUILDING OF MARKOPOULO MESOGEIA» will be carried out on a plot of land with an area of 3,801.71 sq.m owned by the Municipality of Markopoulo. The building will be two-storey, with a coverage of about 1,595.48 sq.m and total floor area of 2,078.12 sq.m (ground floor and A' floor) with a mezzanine of 84.88 sq.m, semi-outdoor areas on the ground floor and A' floor with a total area of 773.41 sq.m, balconies with an area of 281.56 sq.m and a basement of 946.42 sq.m (auxiliary areas, car parking areas). 12 classrooms will be built with WC facilities for boys and girls, both on the ground floor and on the A' floor, while the laboratory rooms as well as the integration room are located on the A' floor. On the ground floor, the administration areas and the multi-use hall are laid out. Finally, on the ground floor the dining room and the snack bar are laid out, while on the A' floor the library is located.
