TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of up to 35 (thirty-five) units of a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher by concluding a framework agreement. The product represents an automatic weapon intended to destroy manpower in lightly protected field-type shelters and trenches, and to engage lightly armoured vehicles, while allowing indirect fire to be conducted from enclosed firing positions. The composition and description of the product, as well as the tactical and technical requirements for the product, which are the subject of this public procurement, are described in detail in Technical Specification TS B 53.4925.25 - VO, an attachment to the documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded with one person – the participant ranked first and designated as contractor under the conditions of Article 82, paragraph 1 of the ZOP. The contracting authority will conclude specific contracts by applying these conditions.
