TENDER DESCRIPTION

The work being tendered comprises earthworks (approx. 1,450 m3 of excavation), drainage works within and outside the construction site (approx. 200 m of sub-base service lines), upgrading/improvement of the staircases in the existing building, and masonry works in the existing building (approx. 760 m2). Concrete and reinforced concrete works as well as masonry works for the construction of the extension (3-storey building with dimensions approx. 33.80 m x 8.60 m), on a load-bearing ground slab and exterior and interior walls as well as slabs made of in-situ concrete, or masonry, and work at the interfaces/transition areas to the existing building structure.
